A port in Saudi Arabia has reopened hours after an oil tanker was hit by a boat laden with explosives.
The Singapore-flagged BW Rhine was docked in Jeddah's port, Its owner Hafnia says all 22 sailors on board escaped unhurt.
No group has yet said it was behind Monday's blast, which Saudi Arabia has described as a “terrorist attack”.
