Over the last two decades, Marissa Anita has made a big impact on the Indonesian film and TV industry, first as a familiar face on Metro TV as a journalist and presenter, and now as a rising star in the country’s film industry. Collecting numerous awards and nominations for her work in films such as Ali & Ratu Ratu Queens and In the Absence of the Sun, Anita is using her platform to talk about female representation in the Asian film industry.
