‘Wildly unfair’: UN boss says 10 nations used 75% of all vaccines

The United Nations chief says hundreds of millions of people are being left behind as vaccinations against COVID-19 are being administered and three-quarters of all shots have been carried out by just 10 countries.
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres says the Group of 20 wealthy nations need to urgently work on a global vaccination plan.
He called for ceasefires in conflict zones so that jabs can be delivered..
