Hisae Unuma was one of the Fukushima residents evacuated after the 2011 nuclear disaster. Although the Japanese government is encouraging them to return in an effort to showcase the region’s recovery in the Tokyo Olympic Games, Unuma said she does not feel it is safe to move back.
