A coroner's inquest into an attack on a cafe in the Australian city of Sydney has found police waited too long to resolve the situation.
Two hostages and the gunman were killed during the Lindt cafe siege more than two years ago.
The inquest had been examining the police response and was one of the longest and most complex in Australia’s history.
Al Jazeera's Yaara Bou Melhem reports from Sydney.
