Bolivian court clears way for Morales to run again

The country's constitutional court has lifted limits to re-election, paving the way for President Evo Morales to run for a fourth term in 2019. If he wins, his time in office will be extended to 19 years.

Opponents have held large rallies across Bolivia, calling the ruling un-democratic.
