Brazil outbreak: Vaccination roll-out delayed across country

Brazil has vaccinated more than one million people.
But that is less than half of 1 percent of the population, and cities like Manaus, the gateway to the Amazon rainforest, still face a shortage of oxygen in hospitals.
Corruption scandals are also hampering the vaccine roll-out.
