Cambodia court refuses to free opposition leader Kem Sokha

Cambodia's top court has rejected a second appeal for the release of opposition leader, Kem Sokha, who faces charges of treason.

He is accused of working with the US to overthrow the ruling Cambodian People's Party, a charge the opposition say is politically motivated.

If convicted, he faces up to 30 years in prison.

Al Jazeera's Wayne Hay reports from capital Phnom Penh.
