MSF is the first organisation to try to authoritatively assess how many people have been killed during the crisis, estimating that 6,700 Rohingya were killed between 25 August and 24 September. Now, a deal between Bangladesh and Myanmar to start returning Rohingya to Myanmar by January 23rd has come in for criticism. So, how can the Rohingya live in safety? And where?
