China COVID cases surge: Gov't restricts Lunar New Year holiday travel

The Chinese government is discouraging its citizens from travelling back home during the Lunar New Year holiday, as coronavirus cases surge in the north.
The celebration is the world's largest annual migration of people but the restrictions appear to have put many off from taking trips this year.
