China: Flooding caused $4bn in damage in southern provinces

Widespread flooding across southern China has left at least 56 dead and caused about $4bn worth of damage.

Eleven days of heavy rain wiped out crops, damaged fish farms and forced the largest hydropower plant to slash capacity.

Al Jazeera's Florence Looi reports Hunan, the worst-hit province.
