China: Flooding caused $4bn in damage in southern provinces
Widespread flooding across southern China has left at least 56 dead and caused about $4bn worth of damage.
Eleven days of heavy rain wiped out crops, damaged fish farms and forced the largest hydropower plant to slash capacity.
