Colombia's FARC rebels have finished handing over their weapons, bringing an end to Latin America's longest-running civil war.

President Juan Manuel Santos and FARC leader Rodrigo Londono have attended a ceremony to mark the end of the disarmament process, which allows FARC to become a legal political party.

Al Jazeera's Alessandro Rampietti reports from the capital Bogota.
