Criticism grows against bill to repeal Obama’s Affordable Care Act
Republican members of the US Congress released on Thursday their draft health-care bill to repeal and replace the Obama administration’s Affordable Care Act.
But as the vote draws closer, several Republican senators continue to express doubts about Donald Trump's alternative measure, with which millions of Americans would lose health insurance and many with severe diseases could die without it.
Bernie Sanders, the Democratic senator who ran for the White House in 2016, says 23 million would lose health insurance under Trump’s health-care bill.
