Deadly California wildfires destroy homes and businesses

Wildfires have killed at least 11 people in northern California as blazes whipped up by high winds and bone-dry conditions destroy houses, businesses and wineries. Tens of thousands of people have been forced to evacuate and the state's governor has declared a state of emergency.
