International donors have pledged more than $1bn to try to avert a humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan.
It follows an urgent United Nations appeal at a donor conference in Geneva where UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres warned of a "looming catastrophe".
The World Food Programme says 14 million people are in danger of starving to death.
The Taliban took control in August, causing hundreds of thousands of Afghans to flee.
