Egypt vows to avenge Sinai mosque massacre

No one has claimed responsibility for the Bir al-Abed mosque attack, but the government has promised retribution and suggested the Muslim Brotherhood may have been involved.

Egypt's launched a military campaign in Sinai, after 305 people were killed in an attack on a mosque.
President Abdel Fatah el-Sisi has promised to respond with "brutal force".
The attack at the Sufi mosque in Bir al-Abed, for which no group has claimed responsibility, is the worst ever in the Sinai region.
