The ZANU-PF endorsed the current president of Zimbabwe as their candidate in elections next year, as Mnangagwa clarified his policy on land reform and promised to tackle corruption and create jobs.

Zimbabwe's new president, Emmerson Mnangagwa, has been endorsed as the ruling ZANU-PF's presidential candidate for next year's election.
Mnangagwa took over from Robert Mugabe last month after the military intervened and forced his resignation.
He says the interests of black Zimbabweans will be protected.
