First batch of COVID-19 vaccines arrives in Latin America

Mexico has just received its first shipment of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, the first country in Latin America to have a vaccine ready to roll out.
But the country which has the fourth-highest number of deaths in the world due to the coronavirus and its hospitals risk being overwhelmed with COVID-19 patients.
