France: Macron called “hyper-president’

French President Emmanuel Macron has been in office for seven months now. At the start some labelled him too arrogant. But opinion polls now suggest his popularity has risen.
And the man – sometimes called a hyper-president - is making his mark on the world stage, on issues ranging from climate change to Middle East disputes. Al Jazeera’s Natacha Butler has more from Paris.
