Funerals held for victims of Egypt church bombings.

Funerals are being held for the 43 people who were killed in bomb blasts as they attended Palm Sunday services in two Egyptian cities.

The first explosion, which took place at St George's Church in Tanta, was followed hours later by another blast at St. Mark's Cathedral in the coastal city of Alexandria.

ISIL says it was behind both attacks.

Egypt's cabinet has approved a three-month state of emergency in response to two bombings.

Al Jazeera's Hashem Alhelbarra reports.
