GCC summit: Chance for dialogue in Kuwait

The developments in Yemen have taken the spotlight away from other regional issues at the Gulf Cooperation Council meeting in Kuwait.

However, there are some hopes that it begins the end of the blockade on Qatar. It's the first GCC summit since a Saudi-led group cut ties with Qatar in June - and the talks could define the future of the bloc.
