Georgia: PM Gakharia quits over order to arrest opposition leader

The Prime Minister of Georgia has resigned over the arrest of one of his main opponents.
Giorgi Gakharia said the detention of rival party leader Nika Melia could plunge the country into political unrest.
The opposition has boycotted parliament over what it believes were fraudulent elections last October.
