People in rural villages in India’s Maharashtra state say debris believed to be from a Chinese rocket launched in 2021 fell from the skies above them on April 3, 2022. A large metal ring and a ball believed to be part of a rocket fuel system were discovered in the western state’s Chandrapur region. Indian space agency officials say the debris is most likely to be from one of China’s Long March 3B rockets.
