The UN's International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia has closed. A ceremony in The Hague - attended by UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and Dutch King Willem-Alexander - marks the end of 24 years of investigations and prosecutions.

The tribunal has been lauded for making significant contributions to the development of international law.

But some victims in Sarajevo say the court has failed to bring them justice.

Al Jazeera's David Chater reports from Sarajevo.
