Kabul security eases three weeks after truck bomb blast
Security checks have been eased in the Afghan capital Kabul, three weeks after a massive truck bomb explosion killed and injured hundreds of people.
The devastation provoked anti-government rallies and allegations of army brutality after protesters were shot dead.
