A political storm has stalled the rebuild of Kathmandu's oldest building, Kasthamandap.
The 12th century structure collapsed during a powerful earthquake in 2015.
Locals want it restored, but they are worried that Nepali law will mean the project will go to the lowest bidder, and result in shoddy work.
