Presidential candidates in Kenya are back on the campaign trail after the Supreme Court annulled last month's result and ordered a new election.

Opposition supporters were still celebrating as they attended a rally for former prime minister Raila Odinga in Nairobi.

Earlier he ruled out sharing power again with opponents he calls "thieves".
