Liberia's top court delays presidential runoff election

Liberia's presidential runoff election has been indefinitely postponed by the Supreme Court - less than a day before polls were due to open.

It follows allegations of fraud from the Liberty Party, which came third in the first vote last month.

But there could be more legal hurdles ahead.
