Libya's “desert pearl" awaits border reopening with Algeria

The Libyan desert town of Ghadames is steeped in history.
For years, people of the ancient desert town have been struggling to make a living.
That is after Algeria closed its border because of political instability and conflict in Libya.
But Libya’s “pearl of the desert” could soon see a change for the better.
