Marcos, Jr delivers first State of the Nation as Philippine president

Newly-elected Philippine leader Ferdinand Marcos Jr has delivered his first State of the Nation address.
He promised to end the country's economic woes and carry it through the COVID-19 pandemic.
But he stopped short of addressing corruption and human rights concerns.
