New bill aims to bring Greece's solar revolution to cities

During its long depression, Greece has witnessed the fastest growth in solar energy use in the developed world after Spain. This means that Greece will meet its emissions targets under the Paris Climate Change Accord.

Now the government wants to build on that success. It is preparing a law that will make it easier for apartment blocks to install solar panels on their rooftops.
