New Zealand is going into lockdown after its first new COVID-19 infection in six months, while Australia has put more police on the streets to enforce its weeks-long lockdown.
Elsewhere in the region - Thailand continues to battle increasing numbers of new cases and deaths - and Japan is extending its state of emergency.
