New York aims to derive 70% of power from renewable sources

Authorities in the US state of New York are promising to have 70 percent of their electricity come from renewable sources by 2030.
It is one of the most ambitious clean energy plans in the country.
But some say the transition will actually cause fossil fuel emissions to rise - in the short term.
