Philippines: Warnings of more floods and landslides

Dozens are still missing and rescue workers fear the number of casualties will rise, as forecasters predict heavier rains bringing even more floods and landslides.

Officials say many villagers ignored warnings to leave coastal areas, and were swept away.

At least 70,000 people are now homeless.

Tropical storm Tembin is now heading out over the South China Sea and forecasters warn it may hit Vietnam by Monday.

Al Jazeera's Mohamad ElBardicy reports.
