Planting an idea: Arizona library loans seeds for education

Most people visit a library to get a book - but how about borrowing some kale seeds to take home and grow?

A public library in the United States is loaning them out to show the benefits of eating fruit and vegetables.

The city of Tucson, Arizona, is designated a United Nations World City of Gastronomy, having over 4,000 years of agricultural history.
