Puerto Ricans hope Maria disaster can be catalyst for long-term change

It has been two weeks since Hurricane Maria devastated the US territory of Puerto Rico. The long process of clean-up and recovery is still underway.

Xiomara Caro-Diaz, a leading grassroots organiser, expresses her thoughts on the matter.
