Razor clam prices have spiked ahead of the 2021 Lunar New Year in China with output in farming regions including the eastern province of Zhejiang falling by as much as one-third from the previous year. Farmers in the area said they are expecting to harvest around 3,500 tonnes of razor clams in the 2021 season.
