Record US heatwave forces flight cancellations

A heatwave across the western United States is breaking records and that is causing concern about the supply of electricity with air conditioners being used heavily.

It has also affected air travel with some airlines forced to ground their planes and cancel flights because it is too hot to fly.

Al Jazeera's Rob Reynolds reports from Los Angeles.
