Shia Muslims mark Ashura in Afghanistan amid Taliban rule

In some cities, the Taliban dispersed crowds with gunfire. But in a rare move, it did allow Shia Muslims to commemorate the day of Ashura.
Al Jazeera's Rob Mcbride has this report from Kabul.
