Siemens takes Crimea turbine sales row to Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin is due to meet officials from Siemens and other German firms in Sochi. Siemens is set to start legal proceedings against Russia next week. It is not happy about four power-generating turbines it sold to the Kremlin, which have now allegedly ended up in Crimea.

Crimea is subject to European Union sanctions on technology supplies, after Russia annexed the region three years ago.
