Somalia: Mogadishu rocked by twin bomb blasts, dozens killed

Two bomb attacks in the Somali capital, Mogadishu, have killed at least 20 people.

Police say people are still trapped under the rubble of a hotel, and they fear the death toll could rise.

The first explosion was a massive truck bomb that targeted an area with government offices, hotels and restaurants.

About two hours later, a car bomb detonated in the city's Madina district.

Al Jazeera's Paul Brennan reports.
