South Korea: Concerns raised over safety of nuclear plants

Politicians and decision-makers in South Korea are torn about a plan to continue construction of two nuclear power plants, following a major earthquake.

The 5.4 magnitude quake in early November reignited public concern about whether the country can still be considered a seismic safe zone.

Now a 500-strong panel of experts is due to report.
