South Korea launches annual military festival as North's rulers mark anniversary

South Korea has launched an annual military festival which they expect will attract at least one million visitors.

Meanwhile, North Korea is marking the 72nd anniversary of the founding of the country's ruling Workers' Party. There are concerns the regime might use the day for another missile test, which could further tensions with its southern neighbour.
