Sri Lanka strives to return students to schools amid fuel crisis

Schools have reopened in Sri Lanka after the government said it would provide fuel so children could get to classes.
But lessons will be limited to three days a week.
Schools were shut nearly a month ago because of widespread shortages caused by the worst economic crisis in decades.
