Support wavers for Chile constitutional reform as deadline nears

For the past nine months, 155 delegates started up the world’s first constitutional convention in Chile.
They were meant to rewrite the constitution and address the challenges that face Chileans today.
In the beginning, there was overwhelming support for reform, but now polls say a majority oppose changing the constitution.
Experts say that is because misinformation is rampant around the ideas being discussed by the convention, even before the results are announced.

Al Jazeera’s Lucia Newman reports from Santiago, Chile.
