Ten years into Syria’s conflict, there is still no political settlement or transition process.
Syrian President Bashar al-Assad is being accused of failing to engage in the United Nations-led talks that would eventually weaken his hold on power.
He may have won the war - but he rules over a failed state. Poverty is on the rise and people are hungry.
