Syrian fighters capture ISIL's self-proclaimed capital in Syria

SDF spokesmen announced the takeover of the strategic Syrian city on Tuesday after a final battle at a sports stadium where ISIL, or the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant , made its final stand.
