Togo protesters demand end to Gnassingbe family’s 50-year rule

There have been more anti-government protests in the streets of Togo, with businesses shutting their doors in a quiet protest against President Faure Gnassingbé's 12-year rule.

They are calling for the end of his long leadership and demanding changes that stop presidents from ruling for more than two terms.
