Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has demanded a “special tribunal” to investigate Russian “crimes of aggression” since Moscow's invasion of his country in late February 2022. Zelensky issued the call on July 14, 2022, during a video address to an international conference at The Hague focused on war crimes in Ukraine. He spoke only hours after a deadly Russian missile strike in Vinnytsia, a city in central Ukraine hundreds of kilometres from the front lines. The attack killed at least 23 people including three children, and left more than 100 others injured. Russia’s defence ministry, which has consistently denied targeting civilians in Ukraine, has not yet commented on the strike. This video includes scenes which may be disturbing to some viewers.
