Ukraine hands over war crimes 'evidence' to international prosecutors

The head of police in Kyiv says all allegations of war crimes committed by Russia will be fully investigated.
Andriy Nebytov told Al Jazeera that police are sharing all information gathered with international prosecutors.
And despite the difficulties involved in such investigations, he is confident the people responsible will be brought to justice.
